This level of service includes:

  • Unlimited meetings, calls, texts and emails

  • Cultivation of full event design

  • Curation of all event rentals and decor

  • Scouting of venue locations

  • Assistance researching and hiring all vendors

  • Review of vendor contracts

  • Attendance at all vendor meetings

  • Wedding dress shopping

  • Budget guidance

  • Design assistance for announcements, invitations, and custom signage

  • Negotiation of hotel room blocks and special transportation needs

  • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline

  • Seating chart and floor plan design

  • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal

  • Point of contact for all vendors throughout the entire process

  • Set up and take down of all wedding decor (excludes large furniture and lighting)

  • Coordination of all day-of logistics

Partial Planning

This is the perfect option for the hands-on couple who already laid some of the planning groundwork, but wants the added security of having an industry professional available to provide guidance and support along the way.

Little Bird Events will help you book those last remaining vendors, go shopping with you to pick out the perfect linens, and help bring your wedding vision to life! On the big day, we handle all of the set-up and installation of your wedding decor so everything is perfectly placed, just the way you want it. Finally, we take care of breaking down the event so you don’t have to lift a finger!

This level of service includes:

  • Five consultations prior to the event

  • Unlimited calls, texts, and emails

  • Assistance in selecting missing vendors

  • Attendance at two final vendor meetings of your choice

  • Assistance with concept and event design

  • Help sourcing event rentals and decor

  • Budget guidance

  • Creation of detailed day-of-timeline

  • Floor plan design

  • Venue site visit to review layout and flow

  • Contact and finalize all vendors

  • Coordination of ceremony rehearsal

  • Point of contact for all vendors day of the event

  • Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination on the day of the event

  • Set up and take down of all wedding decor (excludes large furniture and lighting)
